I'm a trauma-informed coach, counsellor, and nervous system practitioner who understands the complexity of high-functioning survival patterns. For over a decade, I lived in cycles of striving, pushing, and burning out—thinking that was just who I was.

Through my own healing journey, I discovered that these patterns weren't my identity—they were protective responses shaped by survival. This insight became the foundation of my work, integrating nervous system regulation, subconscious transformation, and energetic capacity-building.
